Amigas y Mas Social Fulfillment Policy
All payments for trips organized by Amigas y Mas Social are non-refundable, including deposits and installment payments. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
If you are unable to attend a trip, you may transfer your spot to another person under the following conditions:
- The total cost of the trip must be paid in full before the transfer is initiated.
- Spot transfers must be completed no later than 60 days prior to the trip’s start date. This includes providing the transferee’s name, full payment info and any required documentation.
- A processing fee of $150 may apply to facilitate the transfer.
For those utilizing a “Pay in 4” subscription plan:
- All scheduled payments must be made on time to retain your travel spot.
- If a payment is missed or your subscription falls behind, you will have 48 hours to bring your subscription back into good standing.
- Failure to resolve the payment issue within this timeframe will result in the loss of your travel spot, and all prior payments will remain non-refundable.
In the rare event that Amigas y Mas Social cancels a trip, participants will receive a full refund.
Travelers are responsible for securing their own travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other required identification. No refunds will be provided for failure to obtain these documents.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Fulfillment Policy.
